Delete your ChaseLog account

You can request deletion of your ChaseLog account and personal data by emailing Neetu AI Solutions at admin@neetuaisolutions.com with the subject ChaseLog account deletion.

What to include

Include your name, company name and the phone number used to sign in. Tell us whether you want to close your account, delete particular personal information, or both. Do not send your PIN or password. You do not need to sign in to the app to make a request.

What happens next

We verify that the request belongs to you and coordinate with your company's administrator where needed. Account closure removes your access. We will explain the personal information that can be deleted and confirm the outcome with you.

Records that may be retained

Closing an account does not automatically erase company orders, invoices, submitted work updates, audit records or backups. These records may need to be retained for the company's business records, security or legal obligations. Where retention is necessary, we will explain the applicable reason and retention period when handling your request. Account closure and deletion of personal data are separate actions.
