ChaseLog privacy policy

Neetu AI Solutions provides ChaseLog to companies that manage orders, invoices and follow-up work. This policy describes the current ChaseLog mobile app and its supporting account services.
Information we process
Your company provides your name, phone number or work email address, account identifier and work assignments. We process these details to authenticate you and show your assigned work. We also store the updates you send to your office, including notes, status choices, quantities, expected dates and the time of an update. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information in your message.
Office users may choose to upload purchase-order PDFs or photographs. We store these papers with the company’s work records and process supported documents into a draft order for the user to check before saving. Camera and photo-library access is requested only when you choose those options. Document reading currently supports text-based IREPS PDFs; automatic reading of photographs and scanned PDFs is not currently enabled.
Your PIN or password is verified against a stored password hash. The app keeps a sign-in token in your device's secure storage until you sign out or the session expires. Our servers may record technical information, such as request times, IP addresses and errors, to operate and protect the service.
How information is used and shared
We use this information to provide sign-in, work tracking, office communication, support and security. Your authorised company staff can see updates associated with their company. Infrastructure providers process information to host and operate the service. The application backend is hosted on Akamai/Linode infrastructure in Mumbai, India; the public website is served through Cloudflare.
The mobile app does not contain advertising or advertising-tracking SDKs. It does not request access to your location or contacts. You can decline camera or photo-library access and continue using other app features. It does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Retention and account deletion
Work records, submitted updates and audit history are retained as part of your company's business records. Removing access does not automatically erase those records or their backups. Contact us to request deletion of your account or personal data. We will verify the request, coordinate with your company where necessary, and explain which information can be deleted and which must be retained for business, security or legal reasons. Security and your choices
Connections to the production service use HTTPS. Access is restricted by company, assigned work and account permissions. You can sign out to remove the app's stored sign-in token, manage camera and photo permissions in your device settings, ask your office to reset your PIN or password, and contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information.

ChaseLog is a workplace service intended for adult business users.
